Dalia
P Mark Dalia is a cereal food made from the broken groats of several different wheat species, most often from the durum wheat.
Our wheat is cleaned properly, washed under running water, and further softened in water for 5 to 6 hours. After germination, it is pre- roasted in automatic ovens, while retaining its inherent qualities. After this process, it is traditionally ground in atta chakki. From the ground product, fine and coarse dalia is obtained from whole wheat including husk.
We ensure that all the nutrients of the grain stay intact and are protected at the time of our packaging. We deliver the freshness of the fields combined with the power of the wheat in order to serve you an authentic taste.
