Eggless Chocolate Brownie Recipe
Easy homemade eggless chocolate brownie recipe that even a novice can make. Perfect dessert for the vegetarian brownie lover.

Ingredients –
• Dark chocolate grated – 100 grams
• P Mark flour (maida) – 1 1/3 cups
• Castor sugar (caster sugar) – 1 cup
• Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
• Butter – 130 grams
• Baking powder- 2 teaspoons
• Milk – 1/2 cup
• Walnut kernels chopped – 1/2 cup
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 C or 350 F for 25 minutes
Step 2
Heat sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan.
Step 3
Place the chocolate in a bowl, add butter and place the bowl over the hot water in the pan and let the chocolate melt.
Step 4
Remove the bowl from the pan, add sugar and mix well.
Step 5
Add vanilla essence and mix. Sift P Mark flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix.
Step 6
Add the milk, little by little, mixing continuously. Add walnuts and mix
Step 7
Pour the batter into a aluminium or silicon cake mould and place it in the preheated oven.
Step 8
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool, cut into slices and serve. (You can also glaze it with a little melted chocolate if you so wish.)
